Today's snack was a "chip" that came out probably in the mid 80's from the Keebler people. The Tato Skin was a potato chip that had the skin on it (although I am sure it was all artificial), trying to capitalize on the potato skin craze in restaurants at the time. I believe they are still available.

These are a true classic. Simple little dots of candy stuck to a waxy piece of paper. I am sure more often than not, a significant amount of paper is swallowed along with the candy.

Today's entry is one that I was a big fan of. It was a Snickers bar with Peanut Butter rather than nougat. Pure heaven, sadly, they are no longer available.

As if the original weren't small enough, the Tiny Size Chiclets were incredibly small bits of various fruit flavored gum. Although I think the only difference between the bits was the color, they all had a generic "fruit" flavor. I would guess the entire bag didn't equal more that 2 sticks of traditional gum.

Now available in plastic containers, I found an old school package image for Hunt's Snack Pack puddings, which came in little aluminum containers with a pop top. I was always partial to the chocolate pudding.

A true classic, still available today, the Dum Dum lollipop was a favorite giveaway at banks and doctors offices and still is today.

We start the weekend with the original "squirting center" gum. Freshen Up came out in the late 70's-early 80's I believe. It had a liquid center flavored like the gum.

The Bugle is a crispy corn snack shaped like a cone, good for dipping. They've tried a couple of new flavors in recent years (salsa and cheddar cheese), but it doesn't seem to be too widely available even in the original flavor.
