This is the "Snack of the Future". Dippin Dots are flash frozen specs of ice cream that started being sold in kiosks in malls a number of years ago (mid 80's if I remember correctly). They "melt" in your mouth to a creamy texture. I've only had this once, and there seemed to be no real discernable flavor to it.
